Curtis Calderwood is the founder of Mountain Life Living, a property management and concierge services company focused on luxury homes throughout Utah.

Born and raised in Utah, Curtis has a deep-rooted understanding of the state’s mountain communities, seasonal rhythms, and local lifestyle. His personal connection to the area, combined with years of hands-on estate management experience, makes him uniquely qualified to care for high-value homes with the same attention and intention as their owners.

Curtis holds an MBA with an emphasis in Hospitality Management and previously served as the private estate manager for the Marriott family, overseeing more than $65 million in assets across six lakefront estates in New England. From maintaining large fleets of vehicles and watercraft to managing household staff and coordinating seasonal property transitions, he is known for his discretion, dependability, and high standards.

Today, he brings that same level of care to every home he works with—handling the details behind the scenes so homeowners can enjoy peace of mind.
